Overview

Zapier, Shopify, and Gusto are all using a SEO strategy to get +10,000s of customers every month. This strategy is called Programmatic SEO.

When I learned about it, I decided to implement it immediately on Failory. After just some months, it’s already bringing us +100,000 organic users/mo.

One-On-One Consultancy: Evaluating & Validating your Head Terms

May 8th - 14th · 45 minutes

  • Analyze your brainstormed head term ideas.
  • Evaluate if they fit the required criteria.
  • Select the best head term idea or brainstorm new ones.

Lesson 2: Collecting & Enriching the Data

May 15th, 5.00 pm (CET) · 1.5 hours

  • How to analyze your head term's SERPs.
  • Planning which data needs to be collected.
  • Using your own data.
  • Scrapping data.
  • Getting data from APIs.
  • Different data cleaning techniques.
  • Enriching the data with automation, AI & freelancers.
  • Analyze other startups’ data collection strategies.

May 22nd - 28th · 45 minutes

  • Review that your collected data is correct.
  • Look for ways to enrich your data.
  • Help you set up the programmatic creation of your articles.

Lesson 4: Optimizing for SEO & Conversions

May 29th, 5.00 pm (CET) · 1.5 hours

  • Applying good technical SEO practices.
  • Mastering the interlinking.
  • Techniques to get backlinks.
  • Running pSEO experiments.
  • Strategies to convert users into customers.
  • Review how other startups are converting users.

Why you?

What does this include?
The course includes 4 lessons of 1.5 hours and 2 consultancy calls of 45 minutes. You also get access to a cohort community, a final review video, and the recordings.

What is the expected time commitment?
Total content consumption is 6 hours, plus 1.5 hours of consultancy calls. Besides that, I estimate you'll have to do 10-20 hours of work (though most of it can be outsourced).

I can't make it at 5.00 pm CET. What can I do?
Once the lesson finishes, you'll receive the link of the recording. I'll also reply all of your questions through chat or recorded videos. So I think it's not a big issue.

Why only 10 spots?
